We sell laundry powders, starter kits, refill pouches, and laundry accessories. Product details, ingredients, sizes, and available scent options appear on the applicable product pages.

Our powders are blended and packaged in small batches. Appearance, texture, and scent may vary between batches. Images are illustrative, and screen settings may affect how colors appear. These variations do not limit your rights if a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.

Load counts are estimates based on the stated dose. Actual yield depends on how much product you use.

3. Product use and precautions

Read the product label, ingredient disclosures, directions, and precautions before use. Follow your washing machine and dryer manufacturers’ instructions.

Scented blends contain essential oils and/or natural fragrances. Products are processed on shared equipment. Review relevant ingredient and allergen disclosures when choosing products for your household.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Any promotion is subject to its stated conditions.

Payments are processed through the payment providers offered at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Orders and availability

Products are subject to availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not confirm shipment.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment problems, or a material pricing or listing error. If an error affects your order, we will contact you rather than charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and associated charges.

To request a change or cancellation, contact support@fivefieldsco.com promptly. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun. Your rights concerning shipping delays remain unaffected.

6. Shipping and delivery

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges, and any stated processing or delivery estimates are provided on the website or at checkout.

We will ship within the timeframe stated for your order. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order. If we cannot meet the applicable shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to consent to a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund, as required by law.

Carrier delivery estimates may vary. If your shipment is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. These Terms do not remove any responsibility or remedy required by applicable law.

Under that policy, we accept returns for products that are defective, arrive damaged, or do not match the product ordered. We do not accept change-of-mind or personal-preference returns except where required by law.
